Milking it for all it’s worth
With one in every four litres of Britain’s milk going through Robert Wiseman Dairies, awareness was not an issue for the UK’s leading milk processor. But brand engagement was. The existing website was not really the cream of the crop. (That was a bit cheesy. Ed.)
We were asked to create a modern and innovative online presence that would be in keeping with the business as a whole. And it really grew legs, which is just as well, because an additional task was the introduction of an e-commerce function that would sell, amongst other things, Wiseman’s iconic Fresian wellies; great for when it’s freezing outside.
The new site proved so popular that Wiseman’s farming partners and their staff asked for extensions to the site in the form of extranets that would work in tandem both visually and functionally.
