We create new brands and review existing brands to make sure they are still fit for purpose, updating and developing when it will deliver a business benefit.

Your brand is who you are, internally and to your audience. It’s everything you do and the way you do everything – not just the way your ‘logo’ looks and the colours you have to use.

We need to get to the heart of your organisation; business objectives; products, services and/or offer; markets; competitors; audience; and audience needs. (How we do this is covered under strategy.) This knowledge means we can develop a brand positioning sometimes shown as a brand wheel.

From this, a creative brief will guide design concepts and development of your brand, resulting in updated or new brand guidelines including a comprehensive toolkit from fonts to tone of voice. At this point we will discuss how best to apply and activate your brand.

This could range from: applying these new guidelines to your marketing communication collateral, to ensure you are self-sufficient well into the future; to developing a fully integrated campaign to launch or re-energise your brand.
