Whitespace wins major new arts accolade!

Whitespace has been awarded 'emerging art form status' following the discovery of what is believed to be 'a groundbreaking achievement' in the organic cultivation of art. The piece entitled 'Mascarpone' is one of several exhibited, which is said to come from the art collective 'The Fridge'. Staff at Whitespace claimed to have been unaware that such an experimental art expression was going on, literally under their lunch boxes.

Creative Director at Whitespace, Iain Valentine said 'I'm gob-smacked that this kind of crap constitutes art, the liquidised cucumber and range of out-of-date yoghurt is basically just shit left in the fridge. I blame ex-director Coulter for the Mascarpone item – since she left, sightings of baby plum tomatoes and balsamic reductions have ceased'.

The Fridge collective's future is uncertain at this stage, however, the acclaimed collection has been moved to a temporary exhibition area in 'The Compost Bin' until the 2nd of April, when it will be recycled on Ricky's fruit trees.
