Paul the octopus was right
The outcome of the 2010 World Cup close run thing between two teams fighting for their first ever World Cup wins and the predictions of the psychics of the animal kingdom. Paul the octopus was certain Spain would walk away with the World Cup but he faced stiff competition from Singapore's animal oracle, a parakeet named Mani predicting the Netherlands would be triumphant.
In the end Paul was right and Spain won. In the Whitespace office Spain stood out as the only team not picked from the draw. With no Whitespace winner we’ve decided to give the money to the Nelson Mandela Children’s fund.
